About Holistic Unity

Our mission

The holistic wellness sector is full of noise: exaggerated promises, mystical jargon, anonymous practitioners, and platforms that take 30% commissions while offering little in return to either side. Holistic Unity exists to fix that.

We connect clients with practitioners who have been individually verified — by training, references, and direct contact with our team — and we publish content that respects the reader's intelligence: clear, honest about what each discipline can and cannot do, and grounded in identifiable sources.

What we are — and what we are not

We are a marketplace and editorial platform for complementary wellness practices: ThetaHealing®, Reiki, Numerology, Naturopathy, Family Constellation, and others.

We are not a medical, psychological, or psychotherapeutic service. The disciplines we cover are complementary — meant to be used alongside, not as a substitute for, conventional medical or mental-health care. None of our content provides diagnosis, prescription, or treatment of clinical conditions.

Editorial standards

Every article published on this site follows the same internal rules:

• Plain language. No mystical jargon, no exaggerated promises, no “unlock your potential”-style copy.
• Honesty about what each discipline does. We say what a practice can do and what it cannot do. Limitations are stated, not hidden.
• Identifiable sources. Every blog post ends with a Sources section listing the laws, official institutions, training bodies, or studies referenced in the article. We link only to URLs we have verified.
• Editorial note on every article. A short note at the top of each post states the date of last review and clarifies that the content is informational and does not replace professional advice.
• Three-language parity. Every page is published in English, Italian, and Brazilian Portuguese. We do not produce content for one audience and ignore the others.
• Continuous review. Articles are revisited as regulations, training requirements, or scientific evidence change. The “last reviewed” date in the Sources section reflects the most recent substantive edit.

Articles are written by the Holistic Unity editorial team and, where appropriate, reviewed by practitioners verified on the platform for the discipline in question. We do not currently use a single named author byline; this page and the editorial note on each article are the trust signals we ask readers to weigh.

How we verify practitioners

Before a practitioner appears on the platform, we check:

• Training. We ask for the training school, lineage (where applicable, e.g. Usui Reiki, Vianna Stibal ThetaHealing®), level achieved, and certificate.
• Identity. A direct video call with a member of the team and verification of identity documents.
• References. At least two professional or client references, contacted independently.
• Practice ethics. Practitioners agree in writing to a code of conduct that prohibits medical claims, prevents pressure-selling of additional sessions, and requires informed consent for any in-person work.

Verification is renewed annually. A practitioner who breaks the code of conduct is removed.
